Children have the right to learn what's right, what's wrong, which are good and which are bad feelings, how they can protect themselves and prevent sexual abuse, they have the right to learn how and who can they give their trust to. They should know that secrets are not good to keep. Children are our future and we can not afford to annoy or forget that.

In all three regions our goal is to give the children opportunity to learn about their rights, about possibilities, about their choises if something like this ever happens. How they can prevent it, how they can react in case it happens, what are their rights, who are the people they could trust. It is very important to encourage our children through education so they can grow strong and aware of their choises.

We are doing it for the kids, especially youngers who are unable to resist the danger, who don't recognize the problem, who are innocent. Then, we are doing it for all those people who are involved with children to be aware that they have the obligation to help and be there in case of the problem. Awarness about sexual abuse si a problem in Croatia, especially in some regions where still some institutions like schools, pediatricians, kindergardens don't react when they should. In most cases they react too late, or never. These are the things that should change.

Activities are about having as much educational plays as it's possible in schools, and other spaces like theatars so the children can see them. To manage that, we will contact as much schools as it's possible and define the options of playing the play. In the other hand, we will organize playing our educational play in theatars in all regions so it will be available to all children.

We are sure that after seeing this play children will learn which rights they have, how adults must obey in communication with children, which are good and bad feelings, when it is ok to say NO, they will learn that secrets are not good, they will learn all those things that are necessary for children to know so they can recognize something that is not good for them, so they can recognize possible sexual abuse and so they could react on time and tell somene they can trust.

This project will help community members to talk about this problem more, to talk to their children about it, to understand that the problem is there, that we all must fight it, that this theme mustn't be underlined.
