Unlike in the previous century, we live better materially, the welfare is higher, We are richer - materially, we have higher disposable income, more choices to buy more things, however, a number of prescribed antidepressants and mental disorders have increased dramatically. We get more medication for depression today than for any other illness. The suicide rate among teens and young adults has increased by 5,000 % in the last 50 years. In the massive increases in suicide among the younger generations of any civilization are not a sign that all is not well, nothing is. There are more psychical illnesses than ever before. teenagers - higschool students, mentors of this program will be experts from many fields of life, cross sectors - business sector, school sector, government,municipalities,experts from psychology,carrier, parents....crossgenerational - mentors will be from university students through middle age untill seniors experts.

This program includes “life” learning Lifeology lessons provided in schools, mixed with online lessons and discussions.

Evidence shows that there is a lack of personal and social education programs in our families and schools. Young people are, therefore, often unprepared for the essentialities of their daily lives.Multiplier effect-Graduates of the Lifeology programme are at the end of the cycle offered an option to become teen mentors of their younger peers under set conditions. At the moment, we have 3 Lifeology graduates as Teen Mentors who keep developing their leadership skills in Lifeology.

We are currently living in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, Industry 4, which is characterized by a fundamental change in the way we live, work and communicate with each other.In addition, the labor market situation has long been such that companies sadly state that from school graduates are unprepared for working life, without real work skills. They lack both soft skills and hard skills, even though they are trained in how to prepare for a job interview when applying for a new job, these skills are very weak.
