Our goal is to set up a meeting place, where we can promote the famous bagpipers folkore of Jedlove Kostolany and to motivate young people to continue in this tradition to make it live as long as possible. We would like to renovate a room in the minicupal building, which would be used for several purposes: to promote bagpipers tradion (part of the UNESCO list of cultural heritage) via sharing its history, old instruments and information and to create a space for young people to practice.

This project shall take place directly in Jedlove Kostolany, in the western part of SLovakia.

We are trying to promote and to keep living the bagpipers tradition, which is unfortunatelly slowly disapperaing, because mainly the young people loose touch and interest in it.

We are doing this project for the young pople of Jedlove Kostolany.

Firstly, we need to renovate the meeting place.

Then we want to make the place available to local townsfolk and to organise regular meeting of the Briezok folkore band.

A new, beautiful meeting place for everyone interested in the bagpipers tradition adn the local folklore, togetehr with youngsters interested in the music.

We want to create a place, where (especially)the youngsters can learn about he bagpipers tradition and to practice, together with local folklore band Briezok.

- electronic appliances - 1000 Eur
- new instruments and musical tools- 5000 Eur
- other expenses - 500 Eur
