The aim of our project is to support our community, our city and municipality during Coronavirus outbreak via enhanced digital transformation, digital competences and skills focused on the needs of public policies, education, health, small business, culture and art. Our current situation is a real test of how efficient remote working can be. There is a challenge to avoid the lack of real school participation, small business loss, unemployment, the lack of citizen initiative and participation in public policy, the need to enhance the effectiveness of the remote work and collaboration.

• Education: teachers and children in primary and high school education engaged in online lesson during the Coronavirus outbreak and post- COVID 19 environment;

The unique topological system of dynamic QR codes will be created as an installation of thirty plaques with unique QR codes at key places on the territory of the town of Bozhurishte and the municipality. The scanned QR codes will connect to a virtual platform for collaboration. The platform enables two-way real-time communication and will be shared digital working space. The division for digital transformation will represent the following fields: Education; Health and Social Work;Culture and Art; Small Business; Workforce Unemployment. We are planning the following events: Meetings with partners and community, project presentation; Seminars and online training lessons; QR code marketing campaign, QR code system installation as the best tool for involving and evolving others and community.

We will enhance digital competences, digital inclusion and provide real experience of digital transformation with added value of social, cultural and human capital in safe and healthy environment.

Bozhuriste city is small (10 000), clear and green, eco-friendly and rich in cultural history and glorious historical past, with the advantage of being close to the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia city (10 km). Historically the city is known with the first airfield and aircraft factor (1915), the oldest and still largest horse base and the wild peony (the city is named after the flower), The wild peony field is now protected territory near to the modern, prosperous Sofia-Bozhurishte Economic Zone.
