Two of our projects were mainly focusing on local personalities and geting closer to the local knowledge, and also maintaining a cultural and debate life during the pandemic online. We would like to expand these projects, focusing more on local problems and deficiencies.

There is a noticeable gap between the generations, so one of the aims of the Conversations in Pécs was to bring the different generations together to start a conversation between them, get to know the past and present of the city more closely, for both young and old and strenghten these emerging connections.

We would not only ask our audience who they want to meet in the next event of the Conversations in Pécs program, but ask them about the local problems and gaps they are experiencing and think it deserves a chance to be talked about. We want to deepen the conversation with our invited guests with the inclusion of the local problems related to their specific fields and encouraging active dialoge with the guests and the audience.
In our blog we woudl like to expand the topics of our entries, encouraging our authors to focus on local issues and dialoges, and encouraging university students, our events guests and audience to take part in this written discussion too.

To achieve a blend of generations, viewpoints and ideas, to encourage freedom of dialoge and expresson of opinion among all residents of the city by organazing regular programs and making our blog more widely known.

Also difference in opinions and trying to find a meeting point between them definitely helps getting closer to a beneficial solution of local issues.

Our organization has more than 10 years of experience organazing these events and discussions. We also have a connection to the local university's Faculty of Humanities, so besides our active members our audience is always fresh with students. We know how to raise awarenessfor our events and always trying to keep up with the social and cultural trends. While we ar new to the bloging world, most of our members are experienced in the field of text creation and also publishing, having degrees in literary studies.
While maintaining a cultural life and discussions we'd also feel the nees to touch on the subject of local issues, problems and deficiencies, because these have a great impact on the local cultural life, and also deepening and addin layers to the conversations we already have
