In the framework of the “ GENE CLAMP 1” project, we already have experience in organizing learning pairs, because all parties were satisfied with the results when measuring satisfaction. We have chosen communities where there are seniors with higher education who are happy to activate themselves. We are looking for schools and parents whose students and children are disadvantaged and need to catch up. Process of knowledge transfer between the elderly and the child couples is monitored by mentors and helps the learning of elderly and child couples. In this way, generations learn to cooperate from a social point of view, social dialogue develops.
These communicating little units tell the effects among friends, peers, and in family. Thus, the spread of the method is a socially strengthening factor. In an aging society, it points in the direction of useful old age and thus the young becomes more accepting.

Multi-generational family models have disappeared, there is no proper social relationship between the elderly and the young. Improving the living conditions of the elderly population, improving the ability to live an active aging life, intergenerational cooperation, organized as a coordinated and joint activity in the form of network cooperation. Building and operating of a relationship between older people living in nursing homes and attending retirement clubs and school children in need of tutoring in their area.

The selection of participants in the project from those living in nursing homes and members of retirement clubs is the responsibility of the experts of the Association on the basis of the proposal of the staff of the supported organization and voluntary application. The selection of children is made on the basis of a proposal from the teachers of the nearby schools, after parental approval, by the staff named above. Spiritually fresh caregivers were able to interact in an organized way with school children living nearby who lack day care, help with lesson writing, and learning. A well-chosen elderly educator (or an elderly person with a thorough knowledge of a subject area) and a child with difficulties in the given subject, during a regular and thematically organized meeting of one or two per week, could both benefit from the occasional approx. one and a half hours. The implementation of the project is facilitated by the preparation of the auxiliary materials and evaluation discussions (selection criteria, description of the visit order, methodological recommendations, agreements) prepared by the association network. In order to make the learning lessons as effective as possible, the seniors involved in the project also take part in preliminary preparation and ongoing evaluation discussions.
