Lubusz Land is one of the last regions in Poland where there is no place for foreigners for integration, support and development.Many of them have experience and degree but cannot use this knowledge because o:1. lack of confidence 2. everyday difficulties in communication and knowledge of foreign languages 3. Lack of adaptive education and targeted training Our center will help all foreigners to integration with the local community and supporting them in running their own start-ups.

Center will be place in 2 cities in Poland (Lubusz region) in Gorzów Wielkopolski & Zielona Góra.

Over 50,000 foreigners live and work in our region.We see the huge potential of cooperation between foreigners and the local community (culture, business, education, democracy, tolerance) for the development of our region.The big problem in our backward region is lack of right pleaces and real help and support for foreigners.We can see that untapped human potential including their competencies and knowledge can cause totally destroys soul&body in foreign country.The effect of this can be depresion and life frustration. We are sure that all people in the world are worth living & working with satisfacion no matter where theirs homes are. Our center will be a real place of implementation of foreigners, possibilities and ideas, a real democracy and a platform of social cohesion.

Our project aime at two groups of beneficiares: citizens and migrants. Now Poland has been the target destination of thousands of migrants from eastern bloc.In our region migrants can feel more excluded, since they can not count on strong migrants support program and there is no any places where migrants can come, ask for clarification daily problems (official regulations/school or doctor requirements/ buisness capabilities etc).Our centre will be an atractive place for local people who would like better understand or connect with migrants in common projects, meetings. Our project will be multiculti centre.

In the very first step we'll make an actuall reseach concernig needs problems and wishes of migrants and local society.According to result of searching will write a program which will fit to the current needs problems and wishes. Then will build international team in order to lead the specific section in our centre.

For us, the success of our work is seeing happy and self-sufficient migrants and residents who build unity. Thanks to our project, both parties (migrants and citizens) will feel more confident and safe, knowing each other, living close to each other, working togehter.
We are convinced that many new joint projects will appear: business, culture, society, education. We hope that thanks to our project we will prevent racism, xenophobia and social tensions in our region. We hope to see international families, new children's friendships created, openness to new and different.

Main idea of our project is to show local communities that migrants are not negative part of theirs daily lifes. Migrants are the same people like they, with the same problems. With our centre will enhance universal values including democracy and tolerance.Our activities will be base on integraction meetings for men,women,teenagers and kids, about e.g. intercultural learning, cross-business teamwork with local people for the development our region. We'll organize integration courses and trainings to increase competence for all participants of our centrum. We want to create a capabilities to realized common social or business startups between foreignars and citizens. Our activities will strengthen understanding of rights and obligations both side: foreigns and locals.We will connect people

Because our internation team member already way through that, we feel and know how hard it may be for others to find themself in new reality.
We are sure that this path is our mission and the main part of our lifes.

Office managment (4 person ) = 36 000 EURO
Public releations = 3 000 EURO
Trenings/ meeting = 9 000 EURO
Other costs = 2 000 EURO
Local = 15 000 EURO
