Family is a human envelope in which people as individuals prepare for their actions/missions in society. But "it takes a village to raise a child", so educators and community play an important role too. Therefor it is a must to re-connect and put the family-educators-community relationship to the center. By focusing on the two-way flow of information, families and educators can combine their strengths to nurture and educate each young child.

It is very important to develop particularly caring attitude towards all forms of interconnected life. Family - educators- community partnerships focus on building relationships of equals.
The challenge is to:
1. strengthen the connection and importance of good family-educators- community relationships through positive environment
2. provide support and program for the successful and quality existence of all stakeholders
3. provide an open space where all stakeholders can spend quality free time and get to know each other better
4. carry out work on the integration and inclusion of all types of families, regardless of cultural backgrounds
5. cultivate a sense of belonging to the community through two-way communication
The key to making every relationship successful is by considering it a partnership of equals. Cultivating positive, supportive partnership between educators and families is an ongoing process, one that requires reciprocal respect and communication to grow. Meaningful coexistence is possible only if all stakeholders experience common moments that happen to them as something unforgettable. Our goal is to improve the quality of dialogue, which is a condition for creating an inspiring and creative environment for mutual social, emotional and educational learning and to put the creation of inclusive space at the center.
Objective groups are: children, families, educators, community members
In this project we will concentrate on early childhood population with their families and educators.
To truly follow the principles of positive relationship it is necessary for an adult to be able to hear, understand and accept themselves, so he will be able to hear recognize and accept other's (child's or adult's) messages.
Therefor this project is oriented holistically and divided into three parts:
1 establishing a positive (family) environment
to raise awareness, to underline the importance of healthy boundaries and the specific dynamics, roles and emotional patterns that are establish within the family and how they affect the (family)atmosphere.
2 (self)observation and developing mindfulness
to strengthen the understanding basic concepts of communication, emotions and personal experiences
3 movement as a supporting element of a positive (family) environment
to provide support to families for the introduction of movement as a quality joint leisure activity.
Objective of implementation:

-development of a supportive environment for (self)observation and growth
-improve the cognitive skills and mental health of children of the families involved

raise understanding and implementation of the principles of positive (parenting)relationships in the environment.

With the methods used in the program we are automatically strengthening the cooperation between all stakeholders so they can understand how to prosper, grow and learn together, hand in hand.
The basic guidelines of the open circle support group are: speak with purpose, listen carefully and contribute to the well-being of the whole group. The method of conversation, conversation (dialogical method) is being used to exchange opinions, questions and answers between participants, method of demonstration is a way of working that allows us to give the child and the parent/educator clear perceptions and ideas in the cognitive process and thus form clear concepts.
