The repatriates force the cultural, health, civic development of the village and provide jobs for those involved in human services. Due to their age and existence, retirees have higher demands than those living in the village. These higher expectations have a positive effect on both the older and younger age groups still living in the village.
We would use a special form of job creation. We would use human service when service users are called home, back to the village.
Nagyrábé, eastern Hungary
The village can only be saved if it becomes a job for young people. The infrastructure, location and social composition of the village are not attractive to an assembly or supplier company. We can only solve a local problem with local people.
The environment and living conditions in the village must be created in such a way that comfort, safety, health care, environmental protection, proximity to nature and tranquility are tempting for retirees returning home.
Descendant needs assessment. Mapping and condition assessment of empty houses in the village.
The current population should not be reduced, empty houses should be full of life.
The fate of the people living in the village depends on it, the population will increase or the population will run out. Every year there are far more funerals than baptisms.
My great-grandfather already lived here, serving the community.
